• Nishchint brings over 30 years of expertise spanning the Education, Private Equity, and Media sectors, having held senior leadership positions in both India and the U.S.
  
  
• He experience includes consulting with and providing strategic direction to established institutions and emerging schools across India. Currently, he serves on the Board of Management of the Child Education Society, overseeing the operations of Bal Bharati Public Schools, a network of 17 schools educating over 35,000 students. In this advisory capacity, he collaborates with trustees to modernize operations and expand the school’s presence beyond Delhi.
  
  
• Nishchint has played an instrumental role in founding Vedanya Schools, an IB curriculum institution where he served as President, driving key strategic initiatives. Before that, he was Director at Heritage Xperiential Learning School, leading strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing educational outcomes.
  
  
• In his role as Executive Trustee of The Euro Schools, a network of 15 schools, Nishchint managed P&L, ran operations, and spearheaded curriculum and product development efforts.

• In addition to his work in education, Nishchint was the Managing Director at Madison India Capital, a private equity fund investing in the Media, Communications, Education, and Services sectors. He was responsible for fundraising, deal sourcing, and providing board-level support to portfolio companies.

• Nishchint’s earlier career in media includes leadership roles at Rediff Holdings (President, US Operations, Radio Today (COO, RED FM), and Modi Entertainment (VP, Operations).

• He holds an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, a Master of Business Economics from Delhi University, and a Bachelor’s degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce.

Tanay is a seasoned business executive with a diverse background in the consumer, technology, and investing sectors across Singapore, France, and India.
His experience spans leadership roles at organisations like Uber, Grab, Burger King, and Antler, where he has managed teams and driven projects in strategy,growth, marketing, and finance.

In his role as Growth Strategy & Planning Lead at Grab, Tanay led critical group-level initiatives that propelled revenue growth across 8 diverse markets. He
crafted and implemented supply-side growth strategies for the Mobility, Delivery, Payments, and Enterprise verticals, leveraging cutting-edge solutions in product, engineering, operations, and marketing. Tanay joined Grab from Uber as part of ahistorical merger that took place between the two companies in South East Asia.

Before his tenure at Uber, Tanay played a key role in Marketing Intelligence at Burger King, where he empowered franchisees to scale their operations
effectively, driving significant increases in traffic and sales across multiple regions. His support in building and enhancing franchise models was instrumental in the brand’s expansion across APAC.

Tanay has worked with various funds including Antler, Symphony Asia, Loyal VC,and Picus Capital, where he has managed portfolios and supported companies with valuations, funding, and M&A.

Tanay holds a MBA from INSEAD, where he graduated with distinction on the Dean’s List. He has a degree in Bachelors of Science in Economics from
Singapore Management University.
